De Cavo Single Malt Cave-Whisky 0,5l w/ 59,7 % % vol. - Cask Strength

This malty, non-peated single malt whisky is bottled at cask strength to give you the full aroma of the cask. The barrel was mostly stored in a cave under optimal environmental conditions. The alcohol content can fluctuate slightly depending on the maturation process and the strength of storage.

Tasting notes:

Colour: light gold, winter sun Nose: cereal, fruity like apple peel, very slightly floral, the wood aromas are not obvious, only add to the complexity.

Taste: the apple peel and the cereal aromas are clearly in the foreground, warm spicy notes, some vanilla, light zest notes, herbal like dried mint.

Finish: it is especially the spicy aromas that remain on the palate, very late even a subtle leather note develops.
