This cocoa liqueur is a good example that liqueurs do not necessarily have to be sticky, sweet and light. Intense, dark and oily cocoa notes dominate here, which appear refined with a slight chilli note. Who needs dark chocolate when you can drink such a tasty liqueur?

On the nose there are accusations of very dark cocoa powder with intense roasted aromas, very subtle underneath is a molasses-like sweetness. The taste of the cocoa powder is no longer so dark, a little acid, the sweetness is more chocolaty but not dominant, a little chili. In the aftertaste very creamy on the palate, ending with a slight pepper note of the chilli.
